DIXIE QUEEN FLOOR PLAN NOTES
1. The layouts on these pages are by no means exhaustive
but are intended to show maximum use. For example round tables of 10
could accommodate 8 guests for more comfort.
2. All tables may be individually numbered.
3. For formal silver service seating we request that clients supply
us with 3 sets of plans. There should be a list by alphabet of guests
names against their table number, and a list by table number showing
the guests to be seated at that table. These will be displayed around
the boat and will assist diners to be seated quickly.
4. For the maximum numbers, if everyone is required to be seated at
the same time it may be necessary for us to hire in additional chairs,
on your behalf. A charge will be levied for this service.

5. Unless specifically requested white table linen
is used throughout. A change of colour may result in an additional cost.
6. All configurations using the dance floor area will require tables
being removed at the end of the meal from this space if dancing is to
take place.
7. For maximum capacity Buffets use the area designated for two dining
tables near the stage. The stage is then able to be used to seat more
diners. On occasion the Buffet is laid out on the stage itself. If the
stage is required for entertainment i.e. live bands/artistes then this
facility cannot be used for any other purpose.
8. Where place name cards are required to be put out it is regretted
that due to time constraints our staff are not able to assist. However,
in this instance, we will make the boat available for earlier access.
9. As the only place of secure storage is behind the stage curtains
if substantial furniture is required to be removed from the upper deck,
it should be noted that the stage area will not be able to be used during
the event.
10. The layouts are not drawn to scale.
