A warm welcome aboard The Elizabethan. This perfect replica of an 1890s Mississippi Stern-wheeled Paddle Steamer beautifully reflects the style and craftsmanship of that bygone era.

Concealed, however, behind her Victorian exterior are truly elegant surroundings and facilities that would not be out of place in a five star restaurant or night club.

With a sliding roof, two spacious decks, a unique upper-deck promenade walkway and an experienced professional crew she is in a class of her own.

The Elizabethan is one of the largest vessels on the Thames for private charter, with an enviable reputation for excellent cuisine and service.

The Upper Deck

She makes the perfect venue for any type of event. Press receptions, film shoots, product launches, seminars, dinner dances, sight-seeing, lunches, weddings or for those who simply wish to celebrate.

The Elizabethan can cruise from Putney to beyond the Thames Barrier, with a variety of boarding points along the way. Alighting is not a problem either, as ports of call may be arranged - West of London, Central or the City - the choice is yours.

The Dining Saloon

The Floor Plans, enclosed separately, show a general configuration of tables and chairs. All can be changed. Nothing is fixed. Squares for 40 to dine seated on the outside, top table for 12 with 4 sprigs seating a further 120 or a herring bone pattern to seat 136 are all possible.

Our standards, both above and below deck, are impeccable. Our resident brigade of chefs can produce everything from an imaginative cocktail selection to a formal 5-course banquet and, if required, can of course produce unusual or exotic theme menus.

The Product Launch

Top quality china and the finest silver plate will grace the table. A discreet and professional uniformed staff will cater to your every whim. Pink or white linen napery is used throughout.
