SAFETY

Our vessel is inspected annually by the Department of Transport and issued with a Passenger Carrying Certificate which is displayed on board.

Emergency exits are clearly marked around the vessel.

We are in constant radio contact with the Port Authority, the River Police and other vessels in the vicinity. Also, please note we are within 250 metres of the river bank at all times.

Please listen carefully to the safety announcement made by the Captain at the commencement of the cruise and any emergency instructions from the Crew.

The above conforms with the new River Legislation introduced by the Department of Transport.

The following safety equipment is carried on board:
1. Life Rafts 4 self inflatable rafts, each stowed on the aft top deck. Automatically released via the wheelhouse.
2. Buoyancy Apparatus 8x20 person float free buoyancy apparatus stowed on the roof.
3. Life Belts 20 in total

- 9 on each side along the upper deck
- 2 on front of the wheelhouse
4. Life Jackets 1 for each person on board stowed beneath the side seating
5. Fire Extinguishers 8 in total
Positions
- 2 in wheelhouse
- 2 on upper deck
- 2 on lower deck
- 2 in engine room
6. Fire Hose 1 in total
7. V.H.F. Radios 2 in total
