Banqueting Sous Chef & Senior Chef de Partie

of private charter river boats. Candidates should have a strong corporate
background, preferably hotel experience handling large numbers and be
able to retain high standards when under pressure.
The will need to have the ability to
take control of the department in the Head Chef's absence and be capable
of running service with a small team. The right candidate will be innovative,
flexible and possess excellent organisational and man management skills.
