From the welcome on boarding to the disembarkation, the staff and crew were cheerful, efficient and extremely attentive to everyone's needs. Excellent food and efficient bar and waiting staff enabled all to get the most out of the evening. This was our 15th year using Thames Luxury Charters and we'll be booking next year very soon.

High standards of facilities and cleanliness. Food was excellent and served really well. Prices at the bar were reasonable. There was flexibility around my requirements as opposed to imposing a set formula. Very friendly and helpful and an excellent DJ provided.

Everyone had a fantastic time - I think the weather definitely helped as most people stayed on the top deck and enjoyed the views! The vessel was spotless and lovely inside, while the food was good and plentiful. The staff were very helpful, friendly and professional. Thank you so much for all you did to make our wedding celebrations on the river go so smoothly - it really was a fabulous day and we were so lucky with the weather as it turned into a beautiful sunny evening.
The boat looked incredible after Zoe and her crack team of bunting putter-uppers did their thing, and Hari’s pompoms were the icing on the cake. The band were brilliant and we certainly got our money’s worth out of Bespoke Productions as they went the extra mile to make sure everyone was happy with the setup. Asta and her team did a brilliant job and everyone commented on how delicious the food was.
It really was a day to remember for everyone there. We had a total ball, so thank you for all your help in making it happen - you were brilliant and we really appreciated all your help with our various requests. Thank you again for being so helpful and lovely throughout and compliments to all involved. We had the best party ever!

One word: amazing! We hired the Edwardian for my mother’s 60th birthday; TLC were great with the booking process from start to finish, so helpful and friendly. The night itself exceeded all expectations: the staff and DJ were fantastic and the BBQ food was amazing. Everybody really enjoyed themselves!
We could not fault a thing and highly recommend TLC - we will most definitely be hiring again.

First class service on the newly-refurbished Dixie Queen. The crew worked unhesitatingly right up to the last minute to address the layout, stage and tables to my specification. Food portions were generous, staff helpful and the cruise was smooth-running.
All the guests enjoyed the entire evening and said it was one of the best parties they had attended. A massive thanks from myself to Thames Luxury Charters and the captain and crew of the Dixie Queen for making our night such a special and fitting one.

I had such a memorable time on the Edwardian. From the moment I first decided where I wanted to hold my 80th birthday luncheon, I had nothing but great help from the team who looked after me so well. Nothing was too much trouble for her. When on board, the crew and staff were all great - even when one of my guests was unwell, they managed to get a wheelchair for him to take him back to the coach.
