Availability is generally good in March, with demand building through April and May. Spring Saturdays for weddings and large parties book up quickly — we recommend enquiring at least 10–12 weeks ahead and earlier for May Saturdays. Weekday and Sunday spring dates tend to have more flexibility.

Summer is our busiest period, and availability is the tightest of the year. For Saturdays in June and July, we strongly recommend enquiring 4–6 months in advance. For August weekends, 3–4 months is usually sufficient. Weekday summer charters often have greater flexibility, and many corporate clients prefer midweek dates for their guests’ diaries.

Autumn on the Thames: September, October & November

September and October offer excellent availability for most dates. Six to ten weeks’ notice is usually sufficient for weekday and Sunday events and even some Saturdays.
